It should not be possible but if you are still concerned, and determined to lock your fob in the vehicle, you can pop the "valet" key out of the fob and then you will be able to use the emergency lock cylinder inside the door handle. plh, PANZERidIV and Spin. He arrived in a T5 like mine and the first thing he said was 'yes, he had done the same thing too.'. He broke in without damage using lock picks, took him 20 mins ish.

It does cause an issue however when your interior light isnt working,as you do enter the van then it relocks itself after 30 seconds as it doesnt think anyone has entered the van. www.snowandwakebulgaria.com.
